Our Role
AirWired operates as the licensing and governance authority for sovereign identity, access, and digital infrastructure systems.
We govern architecture and compliance — we don’t deploy systems or process data.
Implementation, integration, and data handling are performed by certified integrators and technology partners under our governance framework.
Licensing Framework
Each deployment under the AirWired framework requires a valid license issued or endorsed by AirWired Nigeria Ltd.
Licenses establish:
Deployment scope and permitted technologies
Compliance and certification requirements for integrators
Governance and audit rights under AirWired standards
Non-transferability and revocation terms for breaches
Licenses are granted to:
Authorized System Integrators (SIs) — for solution design, integration, and support
End-User Institutions — for operation and use of deployed systems
All license holders must comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023) and applicable international standards.
Integrator Certification
AirWired accredits system integrators who demonstrate technical and compliance capability to deploy technologies within our sovereign framework.
Certified integrators must maintain:
Valid OEM certifications
NDPA 2023 compliance and sector-specific adherence
Continuous training and security best practices
Certification is granted by written authorization and subject to periodic review, renewal, or suspension.
Governance Standards
Our governance model ensures:
Architecture Compliance: Adherence to AirWired technical and security standards
Legal Compliance: Alignment with national and international data laws
Operational Oversight: Validation of maintained configurations
Audit Readiness: Traceable documentation for regulators and audits
AirWired maintains strict neutrality and does not participate in commercial bidding or service delivery.
Our responsibility is framework integrity, not operational execution.
Data Responsibility
AirWired does not collect, store, or process personal or institutional data.
All data responsibilities rest with certified integrators and institutions under legal and regulatory compliance.
Our oversight ensures that every participating entity operates within certified, compliant structures.
Legal Position
AirWired operates under documented partnership and reseller agreements with global technology providers.
These agreements authorize AirWired to:
License approved technologies within its jurisdiction
Govern compliance and interoperability standards
Certify integrators under its framework
AirWired functions as an independent governance entity, aligned with OEM, regulatory, and institutional standards.

AirWired ensures that the architecture connecting identity, access, video, and network intelligence remains sovereign, compliant, and trusted — governed through certified partners, never uncontrolled deployment.
